Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Gang Control, provided by Soarbyte Yazilim (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
Using Gang Control
You may use Gang Control for personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for the username and content you choose to display, and for activity carried out through your game profile.
Player conduct
You must not use the game to harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm others; submit unlawful, offensive, or infringing names or content; cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, reverse engineer the game where prohibited by law, interfere with servers or networks, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or services. We may restrict or end access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or the game is being misused.
Online multiplayer
Online features depend on internet access and may not always be available. Match results, connectivity, or gameplay may be affected by network conditions, device performance, or maintenance. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue online features where reasonably necessary.
Virtual items and purchases
Gang Control may offer virtual currency, cosmetic items, or other digital content. These items are licensed to you for use in the game; they have no cash value, are not transferable, and may not be exchanged for money except where required by law. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store and/or RevenueCat and are subject to their terms. Except where required by law or the relevant store policy, purchases are final.
Intellectual property
Gang Control and its software, artwork, audio, design, trademarks, and other content are owned by or licensed to Soarbyte Yazilim and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, or publicly exploit game content except with our written permission or as allowed by law.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Gang Control is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or loss-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Soarbyte Yazilim will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and termination
We may update the game and these Terms from time to time. The latest Terms will be posted at this page with a revised effective date. If you continue using the game after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using the game at any time.
