Overview
Soarbyte Yazilim (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Gang Control. This policy explains what information the game handles, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
Gang Control may process the following information:
- Account and profile information: an anonymous Firebase account identifier, the username you choose, your selected country code, in-game currency balances, and cosmetic items you own or equip.
- Gameplay and technical information: screen views, game mode, match results, match duration, and basic app/device information generated through Firebase Analytics. We use this information to understand game performance and improve the experience.
- Multiplayer information: your display name, selected team, country code, equipped base skin, room/session identifiers, and game commands or match state needed to operate online matches. Other players can see information that is displayed in a lobby or match, such as your display name and country flag.
- Purchases: if you make an in-app purchase, our purchase provider, RevenueCat, and the relevant app store process purchase-related information. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
- On-device settings: your sound, music, control, tutorial, and performance-overlay preferences are stored locally on your device.
How we use information
We use this information to provide and maintain the game, save your progress and purchases, enable multiplayer matches, prevent misuse, measure and improve gameplay, and respond to support requests.
Service providers and sharing
We use Google Firebase for anonymous authentication, cloud data storage, hosting, and analytics. We use RevenueCat and the Apple App Store or Google Play, as applicable, to provide in-app purchases. These providers process information under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the security, rights, or safety of players and our services. We do not sell personal information.
Data retention and deletion
We retain account and profile information for as long as it is needed to provide the game or meet legal, security, and operational requirements. You may request deletion of your game profile and associated cloud data by emailing gangcontrol@soarbyte.com from the email address you use to contact us, and including your in-game username and any relevant account details. We may need information to verify the request. Some information may be retained where legally required or necessary to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or maintain security.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will review the request.
International processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we take appropriate steps to support lawful international transfers.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update its effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the game where appropriate.
